I’m an experienced facilitator with a background in media, strategy, and philosophy – an unusual combination that brings both sharpness and warmth to the way I lead groups.

After more than 15 years at Yle, I’ve led everything from editorial teams to strategic transformation projects, innovation funds, and digital development processes. I’ve worked as a journalist, served as Head of Social Media at Svenska Yle, led product development at Yle, created future strategies with leadership teams, and facilitated countless workshops on workplace culture.

My academic background in philosophy has equipped me with the ability to ask the right questions, listen deeply, and foster shared understanding. Currently, I’m expanding my expertise in futures thinking, business design, and innovation processes through a Master’s degree at LAB University of Applied Sciences.

My goal is to help people collaborate more effectively, think more boldly, and communicate with greater clarity.

I enjoy working with companies that want to sharpen their direction, improve internal dialogue, or explore new paths forward—together.

Facilitation is available in Swedish, Finnish, and English. I’m based in Raseborg, Finland. Facilitations and mentoring can be done both on site (where you are) or virtually.
